Move in Process

Should you be successful with your application, you can secure the apartment by transferring to the Locale@Alderley trust account:

• 2 weeks rent in advance (to cover 2 weeks from the start of the tenancy)
• and full bond (equivalent to 4 weeks rent)

We will issue you with receipts for these payments.

Once these payments have been received, we will email you:

• a General Tenancy Agreement, (commonly known as a lease)
• a copy of the Body Corporate By-laws for Locale@Alderley.

By arrangement, we’ll then ask you to visit Locale again before the tenancy begins to:

• sign the General Tenancy Agreement
• go through the By-laws with you
• sign the RTA Form 2 Bond Lodgement
• complete and sign the RTA Form 1A Entry Condition Report
• collect the keys (on the day the tenancy starts)
