Maintenance Request

The property manager/owner is responsible for keeping the property in good condition and fit for the tenant/resident to live in.

The tenant is responsible for looking after the property and keeping it clean and free from damage.

If there’s a problem in your apartment, please send a maintenance request through to our office either by email (preferred) or by posting a letter to our contact address.

Please include:

  • Your apartment number
  • Your best contact phone numbers
  • A brief description of the problem/maintenance request
  • How long has the problem occurred for?
  • Your consent for manager and/or required trades people/contractors to be allowed access to the property to carry out repairs

We will respond to all requests as soon as possible. We will arrange for someone to visit your apartment to carry out the maintenance work and email you back an Entry Notice advising the date and time for the visit.
